A bit about proper nutrition and fitness...
Poor nutrition has a great effect on physical health and fitness. If your body does not get the nutrients it needs, it will not function at its best. Poor nutrition may result in fatigue, lack of energy, slow healing of injuries, dehydration, excessive weight loss, or build-up of body fat. To me, good nutrition means having a good diet, and eating balanced meals. You need to get all the right nutrients that your body needs to function properly. Many illnesses are affected by diet. Failure to eat properly may be fatal for a diabetic. Good nutrition is especially important those individuals at risk for, or diagnosed as having, heart disease. If your body doesn’t have the correct nutrients, then it can’t function properly, and thus renders your body useless to do some of the activities that you want it to do.
