Why Jerusalem is important to all 3 religions
Jerusalem is an important city to all 3 major religions; Islam, Christianity, And Judaism. Jerusalem is a historic place for Christians because it is where the Temple of the Holy Seplecar is. Christians believe that this is where Jesus rose from the dead on the third day after being buried in his tomb. Jerusalem is considered a holy place for the Jews because the Wailing Wall is there. Jews believe that this is where the ruins of the Temple of Solomon are, which the people built long before under God’s orders. Jerusalem is special to Muslims and the Islamic community because this is where the Dome of the Rock is. It is believed that this is where, according to tradition, the Prophet Muhammad made his Night Journey into the heavens and back to Makkah. As we can see, judging by the given facts, that Jerusalem is a very religiously important city to all 3 of the major religions.
